Graduate Weekend (May 18-19)

Hello everyone,

Graduate weekend is a time of celebration for our hardworking graduates! They’ve put in tremendous effort to reach this milestone, and we want to acknowledge God’s grace in their lives and their dedication. If they are going to participate in any of the weekend including the Sunday morning recognition during service THIS FORM must be completed. Here’s what’s planned for the weekend:

Saturday, May 18th

• Breakfast at 9:00 AM at RRBC: We’ll gather in the Fellowship Hall at RRBC for a delicious home-cooked breakfast. Parents we are excited to have you join us! (Immediate family welcome!)
• Table Set-Up: For those who have opted to have a graduation table, we’ll decorate them right after breakfast.
• Day in Atlanta (ATL): High school seniors, Andrew will take you to Atlanta for an exciting day. Bring lunch money for Ponce City, where you’ll find shops and restaurants. Afterward, we’ll head to PuttShack, a cool putt-putt place in ATL. We’ll return to RRBC between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. (Please note that details may change.)

Sunday, May 19th

• Graduates at Tables Before and After Service: If you’ve chosen to decorate a table, please be at that table between Sunday School and the AM service, as well as right after the service. Bryant will release the graduates with tables earlier during the closing remarks.
• Graduate Recognition in the AM Service: During the morning service, we’ll honor you and your accomplishments. Please be in the sanctuary by 9:20 AM so that we can coordinate everything and ensure everyone is in the right place.
